Ann-Marie has a wide range of experience working in diversity and equality, education, personal effectiveness, optimising communications and conflict management.
Her approach is founded on her passion and commitment to improving the potential in organisations. Her experience as a consultant, researcher and trainer demonstrate her excellent communication and people skills and her ability to reach wide and varied audiences. Ann-Marie has worked extensively in the UK, Ireland and Africa in the fields of Local Government, Education and Community Development. She is a published author with creative research skills.
Academically, Ann-Marie holds a BA, PGCE, CTP, MA, and ALCM. While studying for her Masters Degree, Ann-Marie was employed by Middlesex University as a researcher, where she wrote and co-authored several pieces of work. She has work published by the Equal Opportunities Commission, Middlesex University and Women’s Resource Centre, and has worked as a writer and researcher for the DFES on un-condoned absence (truancy).
