Ken is an experienced Trainer, Consultant and Interim Manager with a wealth of experience at Director within  Healthcare, Plastics and Consultancy Organisations.  He has  a Masters Degree in Adult Development and Training.  Ken has completed successful projects on motivating others, evaluation of development programmes, and refocusing disaffected workers.

Following 15 years experience in the Healthcare Industry, Ken is currently a non-exec Director of 2 Companies, and specialises in coaching and mentoring programmes for senior managers covering assessment, strategic thinking, problem solving and leadership skills.level.
