Lyn specialises in developmental consultancy and training from initial assessment of a person's ability and potential, through to the design and delivery of workshops and courses to meet the appropriate needs.
His areas of expertise include management and leadership, team building, interpersonal skills, conflict management and managing and promoting 'Change'.
He is also heavily involved in the design and successful operation of: Recruitment, assessment and development centres.
Lyn’s main aim, is one of assisting organisations to be more effective by facilitating the development of their staff to get the best out of themselves and others for the ultimate benefit of the business. His emphasis is on the transfer of the learning back to the workplace and on obtaining the commitment of the organisation to the continuation of this process.
Lyn has trained at all levels of business from Board Members to new recruits. He has worked has with a variety of clients in both the Public Sector and Private Sector. Industries include banking, retail, manufacturing, finance, insurance, fine art, timber merchants, NHS (Authorities, Trusts and GP Practices) computer software specialists and utilities.
